The service
AISIM helps you create AI concept images and videos, organize project references, compare visual directions and prepare printable client presentations. Gallery transformations and the workflow video are illustrative examples. Results depend on your instructions, references and the selected AI service.
Paid creative plans
AISIM is a global service. Plans are prepaid credit packs charged in US dollars (USD). Paid creative plans do not include free generation credits, automatic renewals or monthly commitments. Home Studio has a separate introductory daily AI request allowance shown in the app; it does not deduct paid studio credits. Processing attempts, including failures, count against that allowance. Availability is also subject to shared daily capacity. The displayed price includes applicable taxes and is the amount charged by AISIM. Your bank may convert USD to your local currency, including GBP or EUR, and apply its own fees. Service and payment availability may vary by country. Credits are available after payment is captured and verified, do not expire, and cannot be transferred or redeemed as cash except under the refund policy or applicable rights.
The studio displays the credits required before generation. Credits are reserved when a request starts and returned if AISIM marks that request as failed. Downloads and PDF exports do not use generation credits. Availability and output formats depend on the supported providers. Keep copies of important downloads.
Digital delivery
AISIM provides digital services only; nothing is physically shipped. Purchased credits are delivered to your signed-in account after payment is captured and verified. Generated files appear in your project when processing completes and can be downloaded there. Processing times vary by model, resolution and service demand. If credits or files do not appear, check your payment or render activity and contact support.
Your content and responsibilities
Upload only content you have permission to use. You retain rights you hold in your inputs. Use generated outputs subject to the relevant provider terms and third-party rights; outputs may not be unique. Do not use the service for illegal, abusive or deceptive activity or attempt to bypass payment, security or usage controls.
AI visualizations are not measured CAD, certified engineering simulations, permit documents or production-ready specifications. Qualified professionals must validate structural safety, dimensions, feasibility, compliance and manufacturing details before real-world use.
Accounts and changes
Sign-in connects your private workspace and purchases to your account. A payment dispute can temporarily pause generation while it is reviewed. We may update future pack prices and features. Existing credit balances and purchase records remain visible in your account. Changes affecting existing purchases will be communicated through the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Contact us for access, payment or service concerns.
