Information used to provide AISIM

We process your signed-in account identifier, display name and email; saved project briefs and notes; uploaded references and logos; generated media; credit balances; and payment references, status and amounts. Your projects are private to your account.

Home Studio

AI design requests send your written brief and current home settings to OpenAI. Presentation requests also send the selected screenshot of your 3D home and material instructions. OpenAI processes these inputs to produce concepts and images. AI images can differ from the editable model. Private saved homes, AI jobs and generated presentation images are stored in Netlify Blobs. Up to 20 recent AI results are retained in your history, with additional active requests kept until they finish; older results are rotated out when you create more. Download results you want to keep. This rotation does not delete saved home projects.

Rendering and payments

When you generate an image or video, the relevant prompt and selected reference are sent to Google’s Gemini or Veo service for processing. Razorpay handles payment checkout. AISIM does not receive or store your full card number, card security code or banking passwords. Netlify hosts AISIM. Supabase provides authentication and private media storage, and Turso stores project and credit records.

Service providers may process data outside your country according to their own terms. Do not upload confidential or personal information unless you have the necessary permissions. Owner API keys are encrypted on the server and are not exposed to customers.

Storage and deletion

Project information and media are retained to keep your workspace available. Deleting a project removes its saved media and project content. Payment, credit and security records may be retained to reconcile transactions, prevent abuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact support to request account data access, correction or deletion.

Browser information

Sign-in and payment services use the browser information needed to function. AISIM may temporarily remember an unfinished purchase selection and written brief on your device so you can resume after signing in. Uploaded image files must be attached again if the page is left during sign-in.
